	10/5/04	1.75	Drilled #30, 40 holes in Aileron Gap Fairing. Deburred and Dimpled Flap Gap Fairing and Spar/Wing Skin.
	10/6/04	2	Deburred and Dimpled Aileron Gap Fairing and Spar/Wing Skin. Filed and reamed bushings for WD-421's.
	10/7/04	1.25	Assembled W-913L,R, W-914L,R. Drilled W-913, 914's to wing spars. Messed up Fab'ing A-914's.
	10/8/04	6.25	Fab'd A-914's. Deburred W-913L,R, 914L,R. Prepped and Primed W-913,914's,A-914's, Aileron and Flap Fairings. Rivited W-913, 914's. Rivited W-913,914's to spar. Clecoed Gap Fairings to spar and skin. Broke left fuel float wire while bending. Bent Rt Fuel Float, and chacked resistance.
	10/9/04	7	Installed Rt Fuel Sender into tank. Installed A-906,907's on Ailerons. Pop-rivited flap gap fairings to spar.Rivited Flap Fairings to Skin. Rivited Aileron fairings to skin and spar. Installed Ailerons and positioned aileron stops to hinge brackets. Trimmed spacers for ailerons and attached pushrods for fitting.
	10/10/04	2.5	Fab'd W-929 Aileron Bellcrank Spacers. Fab'd aileron alignment jig. Clecoed and reamed Right Bottom Skin. Clecoed Left skin.

	10/31/04	0.5	Installed Platenuts on W-904 bottom inboard skins.

	2/19/05	1	Cut hole in lower wing skin for pitot mount. Drilled aft and front center holes in pitot mount. Found error in pitot mast install (RV-9 spar spacing is different than the 6 that the mast was created using).
	2/22/05	0.25	Trimmed pitot mast tab to clear spar rivets and drilled two holed in the skin and pitot mast.
	2/25/05	5.5	Routed ldg and taxi light wires. Installed aileron bellcrank for final time. Installed cushion clamps. Riveted W-905L bottom skin to left wing.
	2/26/05	5.25	Installed Platenuts on W-905L. Drilled, Deburred, Dimpled W-822PP's. riveted W-905R bottom skin to right wing and installed platenuts.
	3/2/05	1.25	Cut holes in fiberglass wingtips for ldg/taxi lights. Drilled pilot holes for platenuts. Marked wingtip outline on mounting plates. Drilled bolt holes in mounting plates and wingtips to full size. Drilled hole templates on plates.
	3/4/05	0.5	Cut light mounting plates and drilled light holes to 2".
	3/5/05	1.25	Drilled/Deburred/Dimpled/Riveted platenuts to real landing light mounting plates and wingtips. Ran 8-32 tap through rear mounting plate platenuts.
	5/15/05	3.25	Located and installed nav lights in wingtips. Cut and fit lenses to wingtips. Trimmed Rt wingtip to fit on wing and aileron.
	5/16/05	3	Trimmed Lt wingtip to fit on wing and aileron. Drilled tips to wings. Fit and drilled and c-sunk W-916 to wingtips.
	5/17/05	3	Prepped and primed W-916, 931's. Riveted W-916's to wing tips. Sanded wing tips for W-931's. Located W-931's in tips. Drilled 931's and then bonded W-931's to tips.
	5/18/05	0.5	Drilled W-931's to tips and c-sunk tips.
	5/19/05	3.75	Riveted W-931's to tips. Drilled Tips and wings to #28. Debirred and dimpled wings. Drilled lenses to tips. Drilled and c-sink and riveted platenuts to tips. Drilled/c-sunk holes in tips for nutplates, and started riveting nutplates to Rt wingtip.
	5/20/05	2.5	Riveted platenuts to Rt wingtip. Riveted 1/2 of platenuts on Lt Tip. C-sunk tips for #6 screws. Installed landing and taxi lights in wingtips.
