	11/27/04	5.75	Assembled, positioned, drilled latch sub assy to skin. Deburred, c-sunk sub assy. Dimpled skin&riveted sub assy to fuse. Installed C-615,616. Marked,drilled C-611 blocks to fuse. Drilled blocks and fuse to full size & installed C-611, WD-617 to fuse. Bent, installed C-605,606 links. Cut C-710 tube. Adjusted canopy latch mech. Attached UHMW tape to front edge of C-702 skin. Marked C/L of Wd-716 canopy tube. Began drilling frame to skin.
	11/28/04	5.25	Finished drilling canopy to skin. Fit canopy frame to fuse. Filed hinges to get .032 gap. Drilled C-614 Splice plate to fuse. Drilled hinge brackets to frame ribs. Deburred canopy frame&skin. Drilled splice plate&frame to #30. Deburred, riveted splice plate to canopy frame.
	11/29/04	1.50	Drilled hinge brackets to 1/4". Re-installed into fuse and filed seal support angle.
	12/4/04	4.75	Enlarged hinge bracket holes to 3/8" and installed bushings. Finished filing seal support angles. Fab'd 1/8&7/8 spacers. Marked F-631A's for screw pattern. Fluted F-631A's. Drilled C-704 plate. Drilled C-704 to F-631A-R. Adj'd WD-725's to fit to WD-716. Drilled C-613's. Drilled aft holes in WD-725's.
	12/5/04	1.50	Clamped ribs & canopy sides to fuse. Drilled WD-725 sides to F-613A's. Clamped and drilled C-613's. Marked C-723's for cutting.

	12/7/04	1.50	Deburred/C-sunk C-613,723, WD-726, 716. Re-installed frame onto fuse.
	12/8/04	2.25	Filed WD-716 to better contour frame to skin to fwd fuse skin. Marked C/L on canopy.
	12/10/04	1.50	Made initial trim of canopy. Fit canopy to fuse for first time.

	12/12/04	5.75	Trimmed front of canopy until gap from aft roll bar to canopy was 3/8". Marked roll bar C/L on canopy and rear window rough cut location. Trimmed rear of canopy to rough cut location. CUT CANOPY IN HALF!!!! Marked & Trimmed canopy sides and trimmed more of front canopy.
	12/13/04	2.00	Trimmed front & FWD sides of canopy. Drilled & Riveted tabs on WD-716 to WD-725's. Fit canopy & drilled C-704 to F-631A-L.
	12/14/04	2.50	Fab'd tabs to hold fwd canopy. Marked & Drilled canopy attach holes in side rails and ribs to #40. Drilled canopy to ribs and side rails!
	12/15/04	1.75	Marked Screw Holes for rear window. Marked & Trimmed back edge of canopy to match roll bar split line. Began drilling rear window to roll bar aft skin.
	12/17/04	2.25	Finished drilling rear window to roll bar & aft skin. Marked split line and rear window cut line for trimming. Trimmed rear wondow and fitted to fuse. Trimmed rear window to clear canopy.
	12/19/04	1.50	Drilled & C-sunk canopy for #6 screws on roll bar and sides. Drilled & c-sunk rear window for #6 screws on roll bar and rear skin.
	12/20/04	2.50	Drilled & tapped roll bar to 6-32. Drilled & Deburred canopy frame to #28. Drilled #40 holes in C-603's & marked for trimming. Drilled #40 holes in canopy frame.
	12/21/04	3.25	Drilled screw holes through C-603 side skirts. Bent & Drilled canopy bracing to frame and skin.
	12/22/04	2.25	Drilled & Marked new C-603's. Fab'd F-7128C's and drilled to side reinf braces. Tested canopy hole filling techniques. Drilled holes in canopy skin for GPS antenna.

	12/28/04	5.00	Began riveting skin/bracing to frame. Marked C-725, 728,729's. Drilled Pilot holes in C-725, 728's. Riveted side skins to frame. Fab'd C-731.
	12/29/04	4.00	Finished riveting canopy frame. Cut C-725's and drilled to canopy frame. Prepped and painted glareshield.
	12/30/04	6.25	Adjusted canopy frame to reduce gap on right side. Drilled C-728's to fuse. Cut C-729's and drilled C-728's. Drilled and tapped C-725's. Drilled/c-sunk C-728, 729's for #19. Installed struts to fuselage and canopy.
	1/15/05	4.25	Sanded edges of canopy. Fitted canopy to frame and attached all screws. Drilled and attached WD-622 canopy lugs and WD-621 canopy handle to frame.
	1/16/05	3.50	Installed nuts & cotter pins on canopy latch mechanism. Read plans on brake install and located brake parts.
	1/18/05	0.75	Marked U-408 spacers for cutting.
	1/19/05	1.00	Drilled U-810's for platenuts. Deburred and prepped for prime.
	1/21/05	0.50	Fab'd fuel line from selector to pump
	1/22/05	3.25	Re fab'd fuel line from selector to pump.Cut vents to 45deg and epoxied screen to vents. Attached fittings to end of vents. Attached VA-118-1's to master cylinders.
	1/28/05	0.75	Dissassembled main wheels. Dampened felt seals with oil. Checked bearing grease and re-installed bearings and seals.
	1/29/05	6.50	Assembled main and nose wheels. Greased and installed nose wheel bearings. Installed nose wheel into nose wheel fork. Installed main gear legs. Removed scale from main gear legs. Installed flange and wheels onto gear legs. Verified clearance between U-810 and brake disc.
	1/30/05	2.50	Drilled holes in F-768A's for carb heat, throttle, mixture. Riveted F-745's and F-743B to firewall. Started priming F-768A-FWD. Drilled firewall engine mount holes to full size. Attached engine mount.
	2/1/05	0.75	Tightened wheel bolts to torque specs. Drilled and attached nose gear to engine mount.
	2/12/05	0.75	Installed nosewheel.
	2/19/05	2.00	Made final trims to the canopy.

	3/20/05	5.50	Marked 2" Reference line on fuselage aft of the firewall. Drilled spacer and hinges for all sides of fuselage. Partially riveted all hinges to fuselage.
	3/21/05	2.00	Trimmed rear edge of top cowl. Trimmed sides of lower cowl.
	3/24/05	6.50	Trimmed and fit front of top and bottom cowl. Deilled #40 holes to attach top and bottom cowl at the front of the cowl. Finished fitting upper cowl to fuselage. Trimmed bottom cowl to fit the fuselage. Deilled upper and lower cowls to fuselage hinges.
	3/25/05	5.75	Trimmed sides of top and bottom cowl to fot together. Deilled side hinges to top and bottom cowl. Deburred all cowl hinges. Finished riveting hinges to fuselage, and test fit cowl fully attached to fuselage.
	3/29/05	1.50	Countersunk #40 rivet holes in cowling. Drilled and riveted platenuts to bottom cowl.
	3/30/05	3.00	Drilled epoxy holes in cowl hinges and roughened surface for epoxy. Sanded cowling hinge attach areas. Trimmed more of lower cowl for gear leg. Cut top cowl for oil filler door. Cut door to size. Cut and drilled hinges and spacers for oil door. Drilled oil door hinges to cowl and door.
	4/2/05	1.75	Started riveting and epoxying hinges to cowling. Completed bottom cowl riveting.
	4/3/05	1.50	Finished riveting and epoxying hinges to top cowling.
	4/4/05	1.50	Fit and drilled U-720B, 620B, C, D, 621 to each other. Drilled holes for platenuts. Fit assy to fuse and lower cowl.
	4/5/05	1.50	Drilled exit air attach bracket to nose gear gusset. Deburred, c-sunk, riveted U-620B,C,D, 702A,B together.
	4/7/05	0.50	Prepped and primed exit air attach bracket. Looked at rear exhaust mount.
	4/13/05	1.00	Started marking canopy for canopy fairing.
	4/15/05	2.00	Prepped canopy and frame for epoxy and applied epoxy fillet.
	4/16/05	2.00	Sanded fillet smooth. Cut fiberglass strips. Applied strips to fairing.
	4/20/05	0.75	Sanded fiberglass fairing. Cleaned for next coat.
	4/21/05	0.75	Applied skip coat of epoxy paste.
	4/22/05	5.50	Sanded fairing smooth and applied coat of epoxy. Slotted cowl for side hinges. Fit inlet ducts to top cowl and applied coat of epoxy to canopy fairing.
	4/23/05	3.00	Sanded fairing to shape. Removed bottom tape. Applied skim coat of filler to fairing.
	4/24/05	2.00	Attached CHT/EGT extensions to switch. Fab'd press switch gnd and attached leads to switch. Relocated switch and added spacers to manifold. Sanded Fairing and applied skim coat of epoxy.
	4/25/05	0.75	Removed canopy, finish sanded and applied primer coat to canopy and fairing.
	4/26/05	1.50	Applied second coat of primer to fairing and touched up inside of canopy. Re-installed canopy and removed protective plastic.
	5/14/05	2.25	Fab'd and installed brake lines on gear legs. Tightened all brake line fittings.
	5/29/05	2.00	Sanded cowling. Un-stuck side hinges and cowl sides. RTV'd Baffling.
	6/5/05	1.25	Riveted hinges and camlocks and installed oil filler door. Drilled hinge pin access door.
	6/6/05	1.75	C-sunk and riveted hinge pin access door. RTV'd throttle/mixture/carb ht firewall penetrations.
	6/9/05	2.25	Cut out main gear fairing templates, marked U-817's and trimmed tip and root ends. Trimmed hinges and marked for rivets. Drilled U-817 and hinges.
	6/10/05	3.50	C-Sunk fairings and deburred hinges. Riveted hinges to fairings.Started trimming U-813A to fit nosewheel. Trimmed main gear hinge pins and re-installed fairings on gear legs.
	6/13/05	1.25	Filed U-813 fairing halves and drilled together. Cont'd fitting to nosewheel.
	6/14/05	2.00	Drilled U-813C's to rear fairing half. Prepped, primed U-813C,D's. Riveted U-813C's to rear fairing. Attached rear fairing to nosewheel fork. Looked at fit problems with fairing.
	6/15/05	3.00	Re-drilled U-813C's to rear fairing half. Test fit and drilled U-813D's to rear fairing. Trimmed front fairing to fit and riveted U-813D's and platenuts to fairings. C-sunk for #6 screws.
