| About Me.....
Well, here's a quick introduction to me:
I'm a 25 year old Mechanical Engineer with Rockwell Collins Flight Dynamics in Portland, Oregon.
My Wife Vania and I were married in July 2004, and she's the greatest person I could have picked to
spend the rest of my life with. Heck, she is letting me build an Airplane in the Garage!
Alright, a little about me and Flying. For as long as I can remember, I have been facinated with
flying. I got my first intro flight when I was 12, and I loved it immediately. Unfortunately our family
did not have the money to allow me to get my license, but I got a lesson almost every birthday and christmas.
Once I graduated college and started working, Vania and I met, moved in together, and finally we decided to
get a house! We looked around, and fell in love with Canby, a little town south of Portland.
One of the other selling points was that Canby happened to be 7 minutes away from Aurora Airport!
With the an airport that close, my passion in flying grew again, and I started my flight training in
October, 2003. By April 2004, I had logged 45 hours, and had passed my Checkride! Well, you can figure
out what happened next, but I'll explain that in the Why? section of my site.
